Research Interests
My research interests are broad and primarily include topics in which computation is applied to the natural sciences and engineering. This type of research combines two of my passions, namely computers and the study of the natural world.
Recently, I have also performed research in software testing, focusing on methods that are especially useful for testing scientific software.
Some of my research interests are:
- Scientific software testing
- Biophysical/biochemical modeling and simulation
- Solar photovoltaic modeling and simulation
- Atomic-scale materials modeling
- Blast effects modeling and simulation
- Biological/chemical agent release modeling and simulation
